Work Out Plan.

Today's workout:
-20 minutes on the treadmill run/walking
-40 minutes on the elliptical
-10 minutes on the treadmill run/walking
-some light weight training (arms/squats)

I think that was a pretty good work out for me. I think the best thing for me right now is to do cross training every other day so my legs can rest a little from running until I can build my endurance back up.

Mealz:
-Breakfast consisted of a Larabar, coffee, and a couple handfuls of honey nut cheerios
-Lunch: PB & J sandwich thin (forgot to take a pic)
-Dinner: going out to Grover's to try their famous burgers! :-) I am so excited.


This was my usual meal last week. I'm out of veggies and fruits right now. :-(
