First semi-good run in a while! :)

Finally got a decent run in today!!!! WOOHOO. :-)

I ran a little over 6 miles (not gonna lie, I took a couple walking breaks), but I felt like a beast. I even ran up to 7.7 mph for a little while.

Yesterday was not so good. I did 20 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the stairmaster, and 30ish minutes on the elliptical. At least I think those were my stats. I was having an ADD moment.

Eating wise- has not been going so well. My sweet tooth is still in going full force, but I think it'll calm down once I get through this week (aka time of the month). Too much information? Sorry.

I'm still gonna research a little more before I decide 100%. Official training will start next week!
