Training.

So ever since I came back from vacation in NYC and started exercising again, my hunger has been a bit out of control! It's not just mental either. It's actual physical hunger where my tummy is growling. I'm not sure what's going on, but I hope that my body goes back to normal soon. I have also been craving sweets like crazy (nothing new there), but it's also a bit out of control. I want to start eating healthier and eat more whole foods instead of relying on sugar.

I did a little bit of running yesterday, but I still have a blister on my foot. :(
Today, at the gym, I was able to run 3 miles, walked for a bit, and then ran again for a total of around 5.75 miles. It's better then all my other runs this week! I was planning on doing the elliptical to rest my legs a bit, but I was really itching to run today.

I'm still researching marathon training schedules, but once I find it, I'll post it on here. I'm a little worried about the "off" days because I still want to exercise, so I guess I can compromise by doing the elliptical and doing some weight training.

I also think I'm gonna start posting some of my meals/meal plans. :-)

Here's to posting more consistently and getting into blogging consistently again!

hey i have a cousin who is like obsessed as running as you are and hes like in so many marathons maybe you can ask him a few questions lol haha...
