It's Been A While....

Training: 
Has been going great. I finally got rid of that nasty cold. I started upping my miles!!!! So I'm pretty excited about that. I've been running an average of 6 miles every day, and I can feel myself getting stronger and running faster. :)

Eating:
My appetite has become a bit suppressed ever since I started increasing my miles. I have still been eating as healthy as I can. Still needs improvement.

This week I will finally be running a half marathon (my own). So I'll write about my experience with that. Other then that, a lot of things in my life have also changed.

Running has been my outlet and I'm so thankful to have something to keep me grounded.
